Today was a busy day. I started out the day doing some Step Aerobics. I had to head out to the grocery to do some shopping for the Mother's Day event at the church. I was in a hurry so I think I am counting the pushing 2 40 lb. kids I a shopping cart at a fast speed as exercise. I was on my feet moving all day.
I did such a bad job at eating and drinking today. I was so wrapped up in what I was doing that I just forgot to eat or drink. I did only drink one non water beverage for the day though.
