I know I am a tad behind in my posts. We got home late on Sunday and then getting everyone to bed and such I just had to go to bed myself.
I did get my exercise in but it wasn't nearly as tough or vigorous as before. I think the bike ride on Saturday really did my knee in for the day. I had such a hard time bending it. It hurt when I would go to sit down or go up and down stairs. So I took it a little easy on my knee.
Because I took it easy on my knee I chose to only drink water today.
