There is nothing like getting past that first 15 minutes of exercising. I did another 2 minute run today. I was very excited, I didn't have a hard time till I got to the end of the run. I did a variety of biking, running, step aerobics and boxing.
I am not hating water anymore. It does have to be ice cold but it's not so bad. I must admit though that it's hard to not just drink what I want when I want it. After having Ellie home all day because she was "sick" I thought about 5 that I would love to have a glass of wine. But then I thought oh wait that's my one non water drink then. I really enjoy my pepsi in the evenings with my tv. But you know the past couple nights it hasn't been nearly as good. I don't know if I just have a bad 2 liter or what but it's not as good. This could be a good thing though.
