I woke up this morning feeling so tired and blah! I really wanted to take some midol and crawl back in bed but instead I decided to exercise. I knew from the day before I needed to do it before the kids got home from school.
So I did 30 minutes of Step Aerobics and then 30 minutes of dancing. I had a friend loan me several Just Dance games. I used the very first Just Dance today and really enjoyed it.
I am so sore today. But I suppose that means that the exercise is doing me some good.
I drank water all day and had some Pepsi this evening while winding down after women's group.
